Samuel’s Miracle is a site dedicated to an astounding little boy who, against all odds, not only survived a near drowning on July 19, 2005, just 2 days after his second birthday, but has made improvements beyond what any doctor thought was possible in the beginning. This site is to keep others updated on his progress, to provide information to others going through similar experiences and to raise money to cover the costs of many of his treatments that are not covered by insurance.
