I am also sorry to hear the seizures are back again. It's a shame the Keppra had the crying side effects but maybe this time not so bad. Ashleigh is half way through her 3 month changeover from Epilim to Keppra and no seizures for about a month. Don't give up though in your quest for a seizure free life for Samuel, my husband takes 16 tablets a day for epilepsy and he was 30 when he finally became seizure free. He is on Dilantin, Epilim, Mysoline and Tegretol and tried many many combinations to achieve this. I am not trying to frighten you by saying he was 30 before he had none because he was only having 1 or 2 a month for the 10 years prior to that.

Hi, I found your site from five minutes for special needs. Your little boy is adorable and I am so glad that he is alive. I can't imagine what you and your family went through. I will keep you all in my prayers. I hope you can visit my blog if you get the chance. I have a little boy named Parker who has autism. I also know who the other Parker is. I want to say that I can't imagine going through what you are going through but I know it won't help. Maybe as I read your blog, you could let me know what to say. Bobbi

I'm so sorry to hear that Samuel's seizures are back, I can hear the anguish in your post. I will pray right now that God will continue to give you strength and peace during this trying time. I will also be praying that Samuel will have a touch from God and that the seizures will stop. I really believe that all things are possible with God.

Love in Christ,

Hello Teresa,
Just love the Halloween tale. Just way to cute of pics posted. I do say that the boys are just adorable in their costumes. I especially love the pic of the three of them and that sweet smile coming from Samuel. Nathan I thought you would share your candy with me? Were expected to have 1-3 inches of snow coming by tomorrow. I am not sure if I am ready for the winter season just yet, but I will be in my apartment hybernating in the warmth of it, thats for sure when it(the snow)arrives. Have a great rest of the week and glad to hear the news that everyone is starting to feel better. Love ya guys~ Darlene

Nathan's expressions are so funny. The Halloween costumes are so cute and it's awesome how they fit their personalities so well. Your story is great. Samuel looks like he's almost smiling in the picture. I hope he continues to feel better and I hope you're getting some sleep again, and in a bed, not a beanbag chair! Love you - Tiff

Know what's interesing about this, Teresa? While saying my prayers this morning I thought. "Ah Ha! I'm remembering! I'm going to get on Samuel's Miracle as soon as I'm through here. I'll bet Teresa has a new posting. And when I looked at my emails, you had your new posting posted for me!
I LOVE this one, for two reasons. Your Halloween Tale is precious. I've already put in in my journal, pics and all.
But as good as that one was, the best part is that Samuel seems to be doing sooo much better! What an answer to prayer. Bless his heart! What an ordeal you've both been through!
This weekend our prayers will be that he keeps getting all better and can go to school on Monday.
We just love you sooo much, Teresa. Thank you for all you've been doing for Samuel, and for everybody!
    Always and forever,
    Mom

Hoping and praying that all is going well and that you are finally getting caught up on your much missed sleep.

Just want to let you know that CALM, which is a powder form of Magnesium is a good thing for constipation, also for muscle relaxation. I give Luke a teaspoon every night and he has never really had any problems with constipation. I reluctantly tell you this because I know how overwhelming it can be to hear of all the suggestions about ways to improve our children's lives.
